Role Overview
As a Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer, you'll join a forward-thinking team that automates everything from resource provisioning to deployment. You will work across multiple cloud platforms to implement secure, scalable, and reusable infrastructure patterns supporting customers in both public and private sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about automation, multi-cloud DevOps, and working in high-trust environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Write and modify Terraform code to deploy infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Run and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks for configuration management
• Manage infrastructure as code using GitLab, including branching and merge request workflows
• Build and deploy containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues between customer environments and hosted services
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for system and network configurations
• Develop standard operating procedures and support documentation
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and config management systems
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance DevOps processes within secure environments
Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms:
• AWS: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route53
• Azure: VNets, VMs, App Gateway, Load Balancer, Storage
• GCP: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, VPC
• Strong proficiency in:
• Terraform (multi-cloud modules)
• CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Concourse)
• Ansible for configuration management
• Bash or Python scripting
• Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Identity and access management (IAM, RBAC)
• Linux administration and networking fundamentals (routing, subnetting, DNS)
• ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing and project tracking
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in large-scale distributed system architecture
• Proven ability to debug and optimize complex cloud environments
• Track record of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement in DevOps practices
