• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for building and managing CI/CD pipelines (YAML pipelines).
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS), alongside scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment and a go-getter attitude.
Nice-to-have extras
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204/400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions).
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and integrating security scanning tools into pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and deploying AI/ML workloads on Azure.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry such as FinTech or LegalTech.
You’ll thrive here if
• You are talented, focused and aligned with our mission – we are building a complex product with innovative technology, accordingly we are looking for driven and dynamic candidates who can rise to the challenge.
• You are a strong communicator who gets their point across clearly, and isn’t afraid to speak up when things need addressing.
• You are independent, flexible and prepared to take on responsibility early on.
• You are prepared to be accountable for and proud of the work you do and your contributions to the team – everyone has a role to play, none less important than the other.
• You take pride in building resilient, secure, and efficient systems, understanding that the platform's stability is the foundation of our product's success.
