DevOps Engineer

Role: Devops Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ(100% Onsite) Job Type: Contract Must Have: 1. Experience with Observability stack: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana ), Grafana 1. Experience with Python Programming 1. Experience with Linux Commands 1. Experience with DevOps pipeline, xlr, jenkins, github actions 1. Experience with SQL and data analysis Key Responsibilities • Review and understand the existing SDLC control framework, control definitions, and reporting requirements. • Identify and document data sources required to measure each control. • Design reporting architecture and data models that support scalable SDLC control reporting. • Build interactive dashboards and scorecards for engineering leadership, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders. • Develop automated reporting that measures control compliance, control effectiveness & Team, application, and portfolio-level performance • Establish data quality validation and reconciliation processes. • Collaborate with engineering, security, DevOps, platform teams, and governance stakeholders to validate metrics and reporting. • Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting processes. • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to enable ongoing maintenance by internal teams. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience developing enterprise reporting and dashboards. • Experience working with SDLC, DevSecOps, software engineering, or technology governance. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and engineering metrics. • Experience translating business and compliance requirements into measurable KPIs and dashboards. • Strong SQL and data analysis skills. • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems using APIs or ETL processes. • Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.
