Job Title: Devops Lead with DataAI - Gen AI Location: Onsite Santa Clara CA Job Type: Contract to Hire Job Description: Experience 13 to 20 yrs Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Certification in DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or CI/CD tools is preferred Experience Range 8-12 years Primary (Must have skills) • - To be Screened by TA Team 5+ years of experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design 5+ years of hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) 3+ years of experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell) for automation 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) 3+ years experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability frameworks 5+ years experience in managing cloud-native deployments on Azure Job Description of Role • (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity) Key technical skills : Lead the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines for multi-tenant cloud applications Architect and automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer stakeholders, developers, QA, and cloud architects Ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments Drive DevOps best practices including DevSecOps, FinOps, and compliance-by-design Act as a technical liaison with customer teams to translate business requirements into DevOps solutions Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated) Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customer teams and internal stakeholders Ability to present technical solutions and architecture decisions to non-technical audiences Experience in managing customer expectations and aligning delivery with business goals Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor DevOps engineers across geographies Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities Work Management: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps Regular updates and proactive communication with customer and internal tea Expected Outcome Seamless integration of DevOps practices into customer delivery workflows Improved deployment velocity and system reliability Enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and delivery excellence Secondary Skills to be planned Post Hiring - Training Plan Advanced Kubernetes operations (multi-cluster, service mesh) DevSecOps practices including policy-as-code and vulnerability scanning Multi-cloud strategy and hybrid cloud integration Customer onboarding automation and tenant-specific CI/CD customization7
