Role description
Seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Operations with hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and modern automation toolchains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and secure CI/CD pipeline implementation. This role also collaborates closely with application development and operations teams, so familiarity with Java, Golang, and Python is important.
The engineer will contribute to both platform engineering and day-to-day operations, enabling secure, scalable, and reliable systems across hybrid cloud environments.
Cloud Engineering Infrastructure
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions in AWS and Azure.
Develop reusable Terraform modules for multi-cloud environments.
Implement automated provisioning, configuration, and orchestration solutions.
DevSecOps Automation
Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines integrating code quality, security scanning, and compliance controls.
Author and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management and automated deployments.
Implement and enforce security best practices across cloud platforms, pipelines, and runtime environments.
Programming Scripting
Utilize scripting and programming skills in Python, Golang, or Java to automate platform tasks, extend tooling, and support application teams.
Assist developers in troubleshooting environment issues, improving build pipelines, and optimizing deployments.
Operations Reliability Engineering
Support production systems through monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Work with SRE and operations teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and observability.
Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
5+ years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps or Platform Engineering experience.
Strong experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3) and Azure (VMs, Azure AD, AKS, Storage, Networking).
Proficiency with Terraform, including writing custom modules and managing state.
Experience writing Ansible playbooks for complex deployments.
Working knowledge of Java, Golang, and Python for automation and tool development.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with logging and monitoring stacks (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK/EFK, Prometheus/Grafana)
