Hello Everyone, Position: DevSecOps Engineer (Groovy) Length: 12-month + contract Location: Dallas, TX Note: Client is looking for only 4-7 years of experience and local to Dallas, TX Must Have Requirements: β€’ Groovy DSL scripting experience 4+ years β€’ AWS DevSecOps Background Project: 27 applications modernizing refactoring in the Cloud modernization project that has been started that they are trying to clean up and refactor Applications writing for: β€’ Building entire companies CI/CD pipelines writing Groovy DSL from scratch β€’ all companies’ development team to run code, build / deploy to and set up for service β€’ Supporting existing services – CI/CD framework on-prem and cloud (ask for cloud as services built on top of AWS) β€’ Workflow – scanning code at time β€’ Build and deploy to endpoints β€’ AWS platform build – understand RDS, S3 buckets, EC2 β€’ CI/CD – DevSecOps β€’ Jenkins and Jenkins dev language of Groovy β€’ Utilize Jenkins as Ci/CD tool and version control systems β€’ Git and Bit Bucket β€’ Main tool to build the CI/CD services: β€’ Extensive with Jenkins and ability to develop work flows. MUST HAVES β€’ MUST have built software solutions using Jenkins and highly involved in Groovy β€’ DevSecOps guys used groovy and pipeline solutions in Jenkins Plus: β€’ Maven and code writing β€’ SonarQube (scanning for quality code) and security scan β€’ SRE experience with ability to write software solutions β€’ Application Security Dev workflows from scratch in Jenkins
