DevSecOps Engineer
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software development with a focus on integrating security functionalities.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong understanding of Microservice architecture and infrastructure as code pipeline scans.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Bash.
• Experience with security testing tools and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, SAST, DAST).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, CloudFlare) and compute technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, serverles).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing security features for large-scale software systems.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and security standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
