Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno Functional Lead with a strong background in Dialysis/Healthcare domain and solid expertise in Palantir technology. Along with the domain knowledge, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry, be able to lead end-to-end data workflows, and possess a deep understanding of clinical and operational data related to Dialysis.
Dialysis Domain Expertise
β’ Understanding of core business operations, clinical and operational data, and key performance metrics within the dialysis industry.
β’ Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements related to healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA).
β’ Strong business acumen in the context of dialysis and healthcare
Technical Skills
Palantir Foundry Expertise
β’ Ontology Design
β’ Expertise in designing Ontologies with object types, link types, and interfaces tailored to Dialysis workflows and patient data models.
β’ Strong grasp of semantic and kinetic elements (actions, functions) within Foundry to define clinical events, treatment cycles, and care pathways.
Dialysis Machine Data Integration
β’ Ability to integrate diverse data sources including EHRs, Dialysis machines, lab systems, and scheduling platforms into Foundry.
β’ Experience implementing robust ETL pipelines and managing real-time and batch ingestion processes.
Clinical Data Modeling
β’ Proven ability to design scalable and accurate data models for clinical outcomes, patient journeys, and treatment compliance tracking.
β’ Experience in schema and ontology alignment for healthcare interoperability.
Dialysis Analytical Workflows
β’ Skilled in building, managing, and optimizing Foundry analytical pipelines, especially for use cases like treatment trend analysis, missed dialysis sessions, and patient adherence.
β’ Proficiency with Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, and Workshop applications.
Clinical Data Visualization
β’ Ability to create effective dashboards and visualizations using Contour, Quiver, and Workshop UI.
β’ Experience delivering insights to clinical teams, operations managers, and compliance stakeholders.
Analytical Skills

β’ Strong analytical mindset to solve complex healthcare data issues such as treatment forecasting, compliance tracking, and incident reduction.

Preferred Experience
β’ Must Have - Minimum of Five (5) years' dialysis industry experience preferred more of techno functional expert who has extensively leveraged technology to transform clinical applications
β’ Must have - 5+ years of working in the Dialysis domain, with understanding of clinical workflows, KPIs (Kt/V, UF rate, etc.), and patient risk factors.
β’ Must Have - 3+ years of leading projects or teams using Palantir Foundry, with ownership of Ontology, Pipelines, and operationalized workflows.
β’ Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data governance.
