TARGET CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
1. SAP Hybris BSA with SAP SD Integration

1. SAP Hybris BSA with Cross-Platform Commerce Experience
β’ BSA with experience in Hybris + one or more platforms: SFCC / Adobe Commerce / Shopify
1. Pure SAP Hybris BSA
β’ Senior BSA with strong Hybris functional & technical depth
β’ Really a Business Solution Architect role (Techno-Functional ). 25% design experience.
β’ Contract to hire . 2-months.
β’ Liaison between stakeholders and IT. Will be part of IT. Leading requirements gathering, user stories, driving workshops. Functional spec. docs. Participating in design discussions, etc.
β’ Functional UAT (lead).
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ SAP Hybris a MUST
β’ SAP SD integration preferred.
β’ Agile framework knowledge and exp.
β’ Minimum 8-15 years of experience. Individual contributor role.
β’ 5 years eCommerce (combo exp. is okay - SFCC / Adobe Commerce / Shopify) experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
β’ Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce.
β’ Demonstrates a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with the manager, members of IT, and Digital. eCommerce & Marketing business teams to create a culture of high-quality execution.? This role will serve as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal effort, and its implementation and enhancement to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
β’ Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
β’ Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
β’ Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
β’ Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
β’ Stay current with industry best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
β’ Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
β’ Ensure solutions align with the organizationβs long-term IT strategy.
β’ Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
β’ Participate in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements.
