Role and Responsibilities:
• Optimise the technical implementation of tracking and account configurations, ensuring accurate data collection across digital platforms.
• Maintain high data quality and consistency across web properties, aligning measurement strategies with Marketplace KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on product road maps by translating requirements into effective tagging strategies, managing GTM and data layer integration.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and data discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
• Conduct regular analytics audits and health checks to validate data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and interfaces, and contribute to the development of innovative measurement tools.
Requirements:
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of advanced analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Looker, to deliver actionable insights across digital platforms.
• Own the setup and maintenance of tracking solutions using Adobe DTM or Launch, ensuring accurate data collection and alignment with business goals.
• Integrate web analytics with CRM systems to create a unified view of user behaviour and support targeted marketing initiatives.
• Apply strong HTML and JavaScript skills to customise tracking solutions, troubleshoot data collection issues, and support web development teams as needed.
• Manage web analytics platforms end-to-end, including data validation, segmentation, and reporting, to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Design and build advanced dashboards to visualise complex data sets, enabling stakeholders to easily track KPIs and monitor performance trends.
