Acronym is seeking a Digital Analytics Engineer, Contractor (part-time) to join our Analytics & Optimization team. This team member will be a technical lead working with the rest of our team and our clients to help them implement and maintain web analytics and marketing technology solutions. Some of the solutions this team member will be working with on a regular basis include Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tealium iQ.

โข Leading the technical aspect of client engagements, working directly with technical stakeholders to answer questions, and help troubleshoot issues.
โข Writing technical documentation for our clients on how to best implement various JavaScript-based web analytics such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as other marketing technologies.
โข Configuring tag management and analytics tools such as Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tealium iQ.
โข Deploying third-party tracking pixels such as Doubleclick, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. within client tag manager environments.
โข Providing Quality Assurance (QA) of technical stakeholder deployments while thinking ahead on how to build solutions that solve common problems increasing efficiencies and improving data quality.

โข 4+ years of experience in implementing Analytics and Tag Management Systems. Analytics tools include Adobe Analytics (highly preferred) and GA4. Tag Management Systems include Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ, and Google Tag Manager. Bonus points if you have experience with the AEP Web SDK or other server-side solutions.
โข 2+ years of experience with JavaScript. You should be very comfortable with reading and writing JavaScript as this role requires creating custom solutions using ES6+ JavaScript (without any frameworks) and adapting to clientโs existing codebases.
โข Analytics debugging experience using tools like Omnibug, Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, etc. to inspect on-page data collection. Additionally, experience with QA monitoring tools such as ObservePoint, DataTrue, etc. are preferred.
โข A problem solver with analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills. You learn quickly when facing new problems, are open to change, and enjoy finding solutions to new challenges. You are very detail-oriented with an eye for quality control, and you have a strong desire to learn new skills and keep up with the latest industry trends.
โข Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
โข Previous agency experience or having worked in an agency-like environment where you reported to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis is desired but not required.
