Job Description Title: Omnichannel / Digital Analytics, Senior Manager Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: Full Time You will be responsible for: · Delivery: o Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Omnichannel reporting and insights, with a specific focus on digital channels and actionable insights to inform tactical optimizations and strategic planning o Develop and refine measurement frameworks by translating brand level omnichannel objectives into measurable KPIs. Ability to capture brand, campaign and tactical nuances while also ensuring alignment and consistency in measurement across brands and business units is critical o Oversee Omnichannel dashboard enhancements and on-going maintenance – ensure dashboard meets brand specific requirements while also maintaining consistency across brands & BUs, gather and translate enhancement requirements from client, leverage AI to automate dashboard operations and insights generation to drive both efficiency & effectiveness o Deliver actionable monthly and quarterly omnichannel performance reports focused on highlighting trends and insights to clients in a compelling manner that drives campaign optimization o Collaborate with analytics team and client stakeholders to create learning plans and recommend experiments & a/b tests that address key business challenges and questions o Support client stakeholders in collaborating with media agencies and AORs to define measurement plans, align on optimizations, resolve data discrepancies and pull through tactical recommendations & a/b tests o Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with client’s procedures & regulations with appropriate documentation and approvals · Client Relationship: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within pharmaceutical client organizations. Become a trusted partner for Omnichannel Analytics by proactively setting expectations and addressing challenges o Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their business objectives and ensuring monthly reporting, dashboards, adhoc analysis align to these objectives and address their key business questions o Challenge conventional approaches when appropriate and actively share relevant POVs on relevant industry trends, new solutions, and best practices · Team Leadership and Project Management: o Lead a team of omnichannel managers, analysts and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development. o Build and implement internal digital education training programs to enable both analysts and managers to effectively execute digital and omnichannel engagements o Coordinate cross-functional efforts within the team and across departments to address complex client challenges effectively. · Business Development and Growth: o Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new client engagements. o Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Pharma Commercial Analytics practice and drive initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion. o Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the value proposition offered to clients. Your impact: About you: · 12+ Years of relevant professional experience o 5+Years of Digital Analytics and Insights Experience o 5+ Years of Life Sciences / Pharma experience o 4+ Years of managing teams · Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, measurement and data. Media agency experience is a plus · Experience analyzing website performance and making recommendations to optimize performance. UI/UX optimization experience is an added bonus Must have: · Experience translating digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs and metrics · Understanding of the underlying business rules and nuances of processing digital data to align with KPI/metric definitions · Expertise in developing & delivering monthly digital marketing or omnichannel reporting that effectively communicates performance trends while also identifying optimization opportunities · Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful digital analytics solutions to drive business outcomes · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. · Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results. · Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics Experience · Understanding of Media Platforms & Data such as MCI/Datorama, PLD/NPI Activity Data, DCM, SA360, HCP365, AIMXR, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok · Proficient with Power BI and Co-pilot · Comfortable with CRM platforms such as Veeva and SFMC
