Pay Rate: $71.34/hour on W2 Work Type: Hybrid – Onsite for 4 days per week Location: Houston, TX 77002 Work Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension/conversion Job Overview: The Digital Business Analyst III will analyze systems, business processes, and data to support discovery, design, implementation, and maintenance of data processes, IT systems, and projects across the customer experience journey. This role will coordinate and track project teams to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and business process owners to document requirements and align team goals with business priorities. Work with business SMEs to understand problems, gather requirements, groom user stories, and capture acceptance criteria. Support initiatives and projects by establishing plans, aligning KPIs, and tracking progress. Lead functional design discussions, develop documentation, and coordinate integrations with multiple product teams. Prepare reports and presentations to support business needs and future projects. Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage work items and backlog for discovery and implementation. Contribute to QA testing, system design/analysis, and integration efforts. Facilitate program standups, demos, and stakeholder communications. Collect and analyze data about current and future process states and assist in building business/data glossaries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant work experience. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Business Analysis or Project Management certification preferred. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of business practices related to data management/governance and ability to document requirements. Experience managing small-scale business process/system enhancement projects. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
