Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Digital Communications Analyst for a leading company in the energy and services industry. In this position, you will support large-scale marketing initiatives and customer communication strategies by developing, executing, and optimizing email and digital campaigns. This role will allow you to collaborate with IT, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations teams while ensuring communications are timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple concurrent email marketing projects from development through execution
• Monitor and audit automated and manual customer communications across brands to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform quality assurance testing on links, subject lines, images, and dynamic content within campaigns
• Develop and maintain communications content, data mapping, and reporting for campaign performance
• Support implementation of new marketing capabilities and provide operational analysis for campaigns and programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build business processes, and create project timelines
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing for new email and digital communication capabilities
• Troubleshoot and edit HTML-coded messages to ensure proper delivery and display across platforms
• Deliver updates and presentations to stakeholders on campaign status, performance, and enhancements
• Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and digital platforms, recommending process or system improvements as needed
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of professional experience required
• 1–2 years of related experience in Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Power BI)
• Knowledge of HTML coding, proofing, editing, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM Act, SMS compliance, and industry best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Dreamweaver and Photoshop experience a plus
