Our client is a public transportation organization focused on improving mobility and digital engagement for the communities it serves. Based out of Washington, they are looking to hire a Digital Data Analyst on a Contract basis.
This is a great opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning digital behavior into actionable insights. The organization is looking for someone who can own the full lifecycle of digital analyticsβfrom implementing tracking and managing analytics platforms to analyzing performance data and presenting strategic recommendations. You will work closely with marketing, digital, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear narratives that help guide digital strategy and improve customer engagement across websites, apps, and campaigns. If you enjoy combining analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration while working on meaningful public-facing digital platforms, this role offers strong impact and visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 3+ years of experience in digital/web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HTML, etc.)
β’ 3+ years of experience querying relational databases (SQL, Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
β’ 3+ years of experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Python, or R
β’ 2+ years of experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Looker or Power BI
β’ 1+ year of experience facilitating meetings and presenting analytical insights to stakeholders
β’ Experience implementing and managing tracking tags, conversions, and analytics configurations
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Desired Skills & Experience
β’ Experience configuring Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
β’ Familiarity with digital tracking methods such as events, cookies, and pixels
β’ Experience working with digital platform analytics including websites, apps, social media, or marketing campaigns
