Digital Execution Analyst II

Pay Rate: $50.00 to $56.00 per hr.
We are looking for a Digital Execution Analyst who ensures the successful research, definition, planning, development, and implementation of initiatives of work delivered by Agile teams. Serves as a subject matter expert in a leadership role and may be a member of multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Performs integration testing as needed and assists with the Quality Assurance (QA) process. Understands the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to assist the team or other teams in filling resource, knowledge or documentation gaps. Functions as liaison in eBusiness between Product Management, Production Support, the Information Technology department, and the Agile teams.
Primary Responsibilities
β’ Validates documented functionality against system performance to identify and categorize bug-remediation and enhancement work for Agile teams
β’ Prepares functional, system and program requirements for eBusiness value streams for ongoing projects and releases
β’ Obtains and refines system knowledge to become valued subject matter expert for assigned team
β’ Evaluates reported system defects and manages the flow and prioritization of related work based on impact, customer need and Product Management prioritization
β’ Writes user stories, if needed, to provide for team backlog based on research and results of evaluation
β’ Identifies, takes ownership, and volunteers for tasks that will enable the team's success
β’ Performs QA and integration testing for scheduled initiatives, bug remediation, enhancements and releases
β’ Completes project and perform duties as assigned
β’ Provides integration across Agile teams and value streams
β’ Creates and updates system documentation as necessary
Required Skills:
β’ Bachelors degree and 4 years related experience
β’ High School diploma or GED and 7 years experience
β’ May require on call support rotation after hours and/or weekends
β’ Excellent organizational and analytical skills
β’ Problem solving and priority management skills
β’ Excellent communication and customer service skills
β’ Prior experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban
β’ SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification
β’ Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
β’ Banking or financial services industry experience
