Job Details: Job title: Digital Experimentation Analyst Duration: 06 months contract Location: Fort Worth TX 76155 (3 day/week in office (Tues-Thurs) Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience: β€’ Proficient in Adobe Analytics and SQL β€’ Knowledge of statistics and python β€’ Experience with conducting and analyzing A/B tests β€’ Ability to communicate business and technical requirements, provide frequent project status updates, and present results with technical and non-technical stakeholders Description: β€’ This role is responsible for managing and delivering on the Digital Experimentation program. What you'll do β€’ Establish best practices for measurement of experiments using statistical methods β€’ Help others design, analyze and communicate the results of their experiments β€’ Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests β€’ Build a culture of experimentation by running successful tests, building partnerships with key stakeholders, and spreading interest in a test and learn culture β€’ Identify opportunities for analysis and testing on the site that increase conversion or drive revenue improvement; use data to communicate recommendations to stakeholders; promote the adoption of a test-and-learn culture β€’ Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop viable solutions β€’ Ensure the experimentation program is scalable, repeatable, effective, and meets stakeholder expectations β€’ Work with vendors and internal analytics implementation team to develop reporting strategies and ensure data is being collected properly and accurately β€’ Collaborate with developers to set up testing campaigns β€’ Define best practice approaches for a successful experimentation program All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience β€’ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field β€’ Proficiency in Python, R or other relevant modern programming languages β€’ Experience with digital experimentation and causal inference β€’ Experience with SQL β€’ Experience with Adobe products, or similar testing tools Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience β€’ MS in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field β€’ Experience with marketing technology tools including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Skills, Licenses & Certifications β€’ Core technical skills, including experience with Databricks preferred β€’ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision β€’ Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving abilities β€’ Ability to translate business goals to experiments β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences β€’ The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey technical information in a clear and engaging way
