Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Risk Management, or Strategic Planning
• 2+ years of experience in governance, issue management, or compliance oversight
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, control testing, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with third-party risk management and vendor governance
• Familiarity with Data & AI governance and model documentation practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience working in Public Affairs, Corporate Risk, or highly regulated environments
• Experience with RCSA and risk and control work
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Product Management operations models
What You Will Be Doing
• Third-Party Oversight: Manage all governance and oversight of third-party engagements, including onboarding and offboarding (sunrise/sunset) processes, ensuring compliance with enterprise risk policies.
• RCSA Engagements: Lead Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities across EBCE, controls, and audit functions. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and documentation.
• AABO/ABO Engagements: Oversee AABO/ABO processes for critical enterprise tools supporting Public Affairs, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Risk Model Management: Maintain and update risk models, including development of new models. Collaborate with model owners and governance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• AI Governance: Prepare documentation for new AI enhancements, ensuring they meet enterprise governance requirements. Partner with AI Governance Office and Risk teams to validate controls and compliance.
• Governance Reporting: Assist in collecting, summarizing, and reporting governance activities. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on trends and findings.
• Monitoring & Controls: Support monitoring activities for risk controls, including control testing, issue tracking, and remediation planning.
• Vendor Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of vendors during sunrise/sunset phases, ensuring all governance checkpoints are met.
• Digital Tool Governance Support: Provide governance support for additional digital tools as needed, ensuring they meet enterprise risk and compliance standards.
• Governance Initiative Leadership: Lead meetings and working sessions for governance initiatives across the team, driving alignment, accountability, and execution.
• Technology Partnership: Partner with Technology teams to complete necessary governance requirements for tools, models, and enhancements, ensuring cross-functional compliance and delivery.
