Role description
Digital Marketing Analyst
4x/week hybrid, Chanhassen
Responsibilities
β’ Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to mobile app engagement, member behavior, and feature performance.
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reports using enterprise BI platforms such as Domo and Adobe Analytics.
β’ Track key performance metrics and help identify opportunities for mobile product optimization.
β’ Work closely with mobile product managers, digital marketing, and engineering teams to understand business goals and analytics needs.
β’ Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings as part of an agile analytics team.
β’ Support data validation and accuracy checks to ensure analytics outputs are trusted and consistent.
β’ Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to enhance data pipelines and reporting structures.
β’ Contribute to documentation of dashboards, KPIs, and analytic definitions for transparency and reuse.
β’ Proactively identify ways to improve reporting processes and analytic efficiency.
β’ Learn from senior analysts and contribute ideas to improve analytics maturity.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Required Skills
β’ 2β4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, BI, and data visualization.
β’ Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
β’ Experience with Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization.
β’ Beginner to Intermediate skill level with SQL for data analysis.
β’ Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
β’ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with mobile product analytics, including engagement or retention metrics.
β’ Working knowledge of BI tools such as Domo, Snowflake or equivalent platforms.
β’ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
β’ Ability to translate complex data into clear visual stories that support decision-making.
β’ Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new business areas and technologies.
β’ Experience supporting or contributing to analytics projects within a large organization.
