

Digital Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst to define data needs for audience segmentation, determine campaign triggers, and validate data for accurate campaign execution. Additionally, this resource will analyze client Independent Business Owner/Customer data, identify trends, ensure data integrity, and recommend improvements to the CRM strategy.
Required qualifications:
• BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8 years of related experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or CRM analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Ability to pipe and consolidate data from multiple sources (Bloomreach, Heap site data etc.) to build a report or dashboard.
• Good understanding of the Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM spaces
