Job Overview:
The Digital Messaging QA Production Analyst is an analyst-level role within the Digital Commerce Operations team, responsible for executional quality and deployment readiness across Email, Push, and SMS channels. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness for high-volume campaigns by performing detailed QA across front-end content, back-end configuration, and deployment setup.
This position requires hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience and a strong understanding of where and how to validate campaigns prior to send. The analyst partners closely with Operations, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, validated, and ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform end-to-end QA for Email, Push, and SMS campaigns, including front-end content, back-end configuration, and deployment readiness.
β’ Validate campaign setup within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including reviewing configuration, targeting, personalization, and deployment settings prior to send.
β’ QA deployment readiness to ensure all required steps have been completed before launch.
β’ Review and validate creative assets, copy, calls-to-action, links, and promotional language across channels.
β’ Ensure click-throughs, dynamic content, and personalization logic function as intended.
β’ Own and maintain PR and QA documentation from initial execution through final approval and deployment.
β’ Partner with Operations and Marketing teams to confirm promotional accuracy and campaign intent.
β’ Communicate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, CRM, Product, and Digital teams to resolve QA issues and ensure executional accuracy.
β’ Document QA findings clearly and consistently to support auditability and operational transparency.
β’ Support high-volume, fast-paced campaign execution while maintaining a high bar for accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 3β4 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience (required).
β’ 3β4 years of experience in digital messaging QA, email operations, or production roles.
β’ Strong understanding of deployment QA β where to look, what to validate, and how to identify issues prior to send.
β’ Working knowledge of HTML with the ability to read and identify errors.
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for extended periods.
β’ Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
β’ Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
β’ Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and last-minute updates.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with Airship (Push).
β’ Experience with Attentive (SMS).
β’ Experience QAβing Push and SMS campaigns.
β’ Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
β’ Experience with Litmus.
β’ Basic HTML coding experience.
β’ AMPscript familiarity.
β’ Experience with analytical tagging for marketing tracking and reporting.
