Role description
Job Description – Digital Performance Analyst (Inside IR35) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Location: On-site travel required to Blackpool (Peel Park) – hybrid working- occasional Clearance: BPSS Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to support the Specialist Devices function within a Digital Workplace environment. This short-term role will focus on developing Power BI dashboards and visual reporting for multiple product teams, enabling informed decision-making across the Digital Workspace portfolio. The role will work across product areas including Identity, Workplace Computing, Mobile, and Accessibility, supporting the development of a new Data Insights capability. Key Responsibilities • Collect, collate, cleanse and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy. • Analyse Digital Workplace data to produce actionable insights and performance reporting. • Develop Power BI dashboards and data visualisations tailored to product team requirements. • Use analytical methods to identify trends, issues and opportunities across digital services. • Work with Product Owners to ensure insights drive decision-making and service improvements. • Collaborate within agile product teams and contribute to iterative delivery cycles. • Prepare handover documentation and support the transition to permanent analytical resources. Essential Skills & Experience • Strong experience in Power BI, KQL, SQL, and MSGraph. • Proven background in analysing Digital Workplace / Digital Services data within large organisations. • Ability to cleanse, validate and prepare complex datasets. • Experience producing clear, digestible dashboards and visual analytics for senior stakeholders. • Skilled in applying a range of analysis methods to uncover insights. • Experience working in agile software development environments. Desirable Skills • Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation. • Previous experience supporting Data Insights or Digital Workplace functions. Additional Information • On-site travel to Blackpool (Peel Park) is required. • Role operates inside IR35 and will be delivered on a Time & Materials basis. • All workers engaged must be employees of the supplier.
