Digital Product Owner

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner / Product Manager for a 6-month contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. Title: Product Owner / Product Manager Location: Raleigh, NC -Hybrid Contract: 6 months Contract Pay Rate: $45-$47/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Description • Department: Marketing & Digital Project Management Teams • Experience Level: 7–8 years of relevant experience Responsibilities: • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals for digital and marketing initiatives. • Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices across teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, data science, and engineering. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience (7–8 years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager. • Strong background in data science, analytics, and using insights to inform product decisions. • Experience with loyalty tools/platforms: Preferred: Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Oracle CrowdTwist, or similar. • Familiarity with how loyalty programs convert points into rewards. • Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake (data warehousing) and Power BI (reporting and visualization). • Experience with API integrations and related product lifecycle management. • Background in the retail or automotive industries is highly preferred. Certifications & Education: • Bachelor’s degree required. • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a plus.
