We’re seeking a high-caliber Data Analyst to support a key federal agency in Washington, D.C. In this role, you'll bring meaning to complex datasets and directly inform policies and programs that impact millions. If you thrive on solving hard problems with data, designing systems that scale, and identifying patterns others miss—this is your stage. What You'll Do: • Conduct full lifecycle data analysis—from requirements gathering to design and delivery • Develop databases, data collection systems, and analytical frameworks • Analyze large datasets using statistical and causal inference methods • Clean, structure, and validate data for performance improvement • Monitor quality and performance metrics to uncover operational enhancements • Deliver high-impact reports that shape agency decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to prioritize initiatives • Recommend new opportunities for automation and efficiency What You Bring: • Deep experience in regression modeling and causal inference techniques (DiD, regression discontinuity, etc.) • Proven ability to work with complex and messy datasets • Experience with WAN assessments • Strong communication and project management skills • PM experience is a plus • Ability to work onsite in D.C. 3 days per week • Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass background & drug screening Why This Role? ✔ High-impact federal project ✔ Work with a mission-driven team ✔ Flexible hybrid schedule
