Weβre seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Sales Funnel Analyst to join a dynamic cross-functional team for a high-impact short-term project.
What Youβll Do
β’ Leverage internal data sources and analytics tools to understand and visualize performance across the full funnelβfrom digital interactions to phone/chat sales.
β’ Build and refine methodologies to estimate incremental leads and revenue generated through optimization and testing initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with B2B and B2C analytics teams to support the development of funnel dashboards and reporting across key digital surfaces.
β’ Partner with marketing, product, commerce, and sales teams to define test strategies, instrument tracking plans, and validate KPIs.
β’ Utilize tools like JIRA, internal wikis, and Slack to manage projects and respond to team-wide requests efficiently.
β’ Analyze and communicate the outcomes of funnel tests and digital initiatives, translating learnings into actionable insights for future strategies.
What Youβll Bring
β’ Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and other BI platforms for funnel analysis and opportunity sizing.
β’ Strategic Thinking: Ability to align cross-functional goals and drive insights that lead to measurable business impact.
β’ Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills to work across marketing, product, and sales teams.
β’ Project Execution: Experience with JIRA and documentation platforms to manage tasks and organize cross-team efforts.
β’ Business Acumen: Capable of creating basic business cases, understanding user journeys, and estimating digital impact on revenue.
β’ Digital UX Awareness: Familiarity with user targeting, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics implementation. Experience with tools like AEM, Adobe Target, or similar platforms is a plus.
β’ Design Thinking: Ability to create digital experience mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe Xd is a bonus.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
β’ 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales operations, or customer experience roles (preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce space)
β’ Proven experience in analyzing digital funnels and identifying areas for optimization
β’ Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
