Program PLANT is modernizing the existing Mainframe Loan Servicing and Loan Accounting systems for the AgriBank district. The team must modernize to provide a parity or parity + experience to end users. The Core of the new platform will be a FISERV product known as DNA.
Responsibilities
β’ Actively manage product backlog
β’ Research and capture requirements for User Stories
β’ Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
β’ Write acceptance criteria
β’ Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)
β’ QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT
Experience(s)
β’ Prior experience as a Business Analyst
β’ Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
β’ Story writing in Agile formats
β’ Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
β’ Previous experience in Development
β’ Previous experience in event driven architecture
β’ Previous experience in application scheduled work
β’ Familiarity with databases and how to query
β’ Ability to read API documentation and understand how to integrate with them
β’ SQL experience
β’ Previous DNA knowledge; APIβs, ACH process
β’ Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit
