Responsibilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, or Bioinformatics.

   • Over 5 years of professional experience in scientific informatics or software development.

   • At least 3 years of direct experience as a Dotmatics Developer.

   • Proven ability to design, develop, and customize applications within the Dotmatics platform.

   • Proficiency in creating custom scripts and workflows using Dotmatics Script APIs (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Groovy).

   • Experience with integrating Dotmatics solutions with external systems (e.g., LIMS, ELNs, data lakes).

   • Skilled in optimizing the performance, scalability, and usability of existing Dotmatics applications.

   • Capable of troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing Dotmatics-based solutions.

   • Strong understanding of scientific workflows and data management in R&D environments.

   • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

   • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

   • Familiarity with other informatics platforms (e.g., Benchling, Biovia, LabVantage) is advantageous.

   • Previous consulting experience or client-facing role in the life sciences sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, or Bioinformatics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
