About You
In this project, you'll get to:
β’ Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Marketing.
β’ Use your data profiling and segmentation experience to uncover real stories and behaviours behind the numbers.
β’ Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and partnerships teams to align data strategies across a values-driven organisation.
β’ Apply your knowledge of GDPR, email deliverability, and sender reputation to shape ethical, future-ready engagement.
β’ Create predictive models (such as churn risk or likelihood to re-donate) that make a tangible difference.
Your Wishlist of Experience
Weβd love to hear from you if you have experience in areas such as:
β’ Designing audience journeys and segmentation in Dynamics 365.
β’ Warming up email domains and managing sender reputation.
β’ Creating scoring models and predictive tools using supporter data.
β’ Leading data-centric CRM projects in fixed-term or consultancy roles.
β’ Delivering documentation, guides, and workshops that empower others to sustain your work.
β’ Charity or non-profit sector familiarity (a bonus, not a must).
