Role: Dynamics 365 ERP Systems Location: (Hybrid)-Boston, MA – 3 days/week onsite Duration: 12+ Months Exp: 8+ Employment: W2 Interview: F2F Interview is required Note: Need local to MA or nearby states (below 150 miles) The customer's company uses D365 as its core ERP, but the implementation had some issues and requires a "phase two" project to improve efficiency and automation. The company is in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and manufacturing industry. The current IT infrastructure is primarily server-based, with a future desire to move to the cloud. They utilize a third-party service provider, Argonaut, for D365 support and have also engaged another third-party consultant to help define the overall IT strategy. The D365 ERP system is underperforming and inefficient. The initial implementation was rated a "six out of ten”, leaving significant gaps in functionality and efficiency. This requires a "phase two" project focused on more automation and configuration to get the system to do everything the business needs. The current state is that the system is merely "operating," not optimized, which impacts overall business process efficiency.
