Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Digital Platform Manager (Dynamics Business Analyst) to lead the strategic adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Field Service. This role serves as the CRM platform owner and is responsible for driving business outcomes through user adoption, platform enhancements, and collaboration across multiple global teams.
You will play a key role in aligning digital CRM strategies with business goals, improving sales/service productivity, and delivering superior user experiences. The position reports to the Director of Digital β Industrial Sales and Service within the Industrial Water Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Field Service.
Drive CRM adoption and integration across a global sales and service organization.
Develop and execute strategies to boost leads, sales, and user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Business Readiness.
Define and monitor CRM-related KPIs to measure business outcomes.
Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) into actionable CRM strategies.
Define and own the CRM strategic vision and roadmap.
Formulate and prioritize business requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.
Oversee CRM platform performance, user feedback, and system enhancements.
Support training, change management, and communication initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, high-quality platform delivery.
Lead cross-regional product planning and value realization activities.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a B2B setting.
Proven track record in growing CRM adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Experience in global industrial environments preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategy and stakeholder alignment.
Proficient in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
Strong understanding of sales and field service processes.
Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
