β’ Responsibilities:
β’ Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace across a variety of platforms (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
β’ Develop and manage custom dashboards, alerts, and reports tailored to business and operational needs.
β’ Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives (SLOs).
β’ Analyze performance data to detect anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
β’ Automate monitoring processes and integrate Dynatrace with other systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, CI/CD tools).
β’ Participate in incident response and post-mortem reviews, leveraging Dynatrace for root-cause analysis.
β’ Provide training and documentation for internal teams on Dynatrace best practices and usage.
β’ Stay current on new features, capabilities, and industry best practices related to observability and application performance monitoring.
Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of experience with application performance monitoring tools; 2+ year hands-on with Dynatrace.
β’ Experience with monitoring of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
β’ Strong understanding of application architectures, including microservices, containers, and serverless.
β’ Knowledge of networking, databases, web servers, and infrastructure components.
β’ Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform).
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
