Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace Engineer with proven expertise in implementing and managing Dynatrace AIOps solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations and development teams to drive observability, incident reduction, and automation across our clientβs IT ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, implement, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring and AIOps capabilities.
β’ Create dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring tailored to application and infrastructure performance.
β’ Leverage Dynatraceβs AI-powered insights to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
β’ Integrate Dynatrace with other ITSM and DevOps tools to automate workflows and incident management.
β’ Collaborate with DevOps, SREs, and application teams to improve system observability.
β’ Provide performance tuning recommendations based on analytics from Dynatrace.
β’ Prepare documentation, runbooks, and conduct training sessions as needed.
Required Skills:
β’ 4+ years of experience with Dynatrace including AIOps features.
β’ Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM), logs, and metrics.
β’ Experience integrating Dynatrace with platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Jenkins, or CloudWatch.
β’ Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architectures.
β’ Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
β’ Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
