Dynatrace Expert

We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of our observability and APM strategy. You will work closely with DevOps, platform, and application teams to ensure end-to-end visibility across cloud-native and hybrid environments, driving proactive performance management and AIOps-powered incident response. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Platform administration Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, and SaaS/Managed environments. Manage tenants, users, and access policies. AIOps & alerting Configure Davis AI, smart alerting, anomaly detection, and integrate with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira) for automated incident workflows. Integration & automation Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and third-party tools via API and Terraform. Observability design Define and implement full-stack monitoring strategies covering APM, infrastructure, real user monitoring (RUM), and synthetic monitoring. Dashboards & reporting Build SLO/SLI dashboards, custom metrics via DQL/USQL, and executive reporting views aligned to business KPIs. Enablement & governance Define tagging strategies, naming conventions, and train development and operations teams on best practices and self-service dashboarding.
