Position Title: Earnix Developer Location: Indianapolis / Plano, TX / Boston, MA / Portsmouth, NH/ Seattle, WA (Complete Onsite Role) Position Type: Full Time Permanent Job Requirements: • Good understanding of Python fundamentals including core data structures (lists, dictionaries, sets) hand on working in data frames. • Proficiency using pandas, numpy for data manipulation, processing & transformation. • In depth experience in data manipulation w.r.t handling data sets involving operations such as filtering, pivoting, sorting, merging. • Experience with Python, R standard libraries for file and data management. • Strong problem skills and potential to create reusable components in the code. • Basic insurance knowledge will be added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: • Write, test, maintain, clean and efficient python, R code, utilizing concepts like control structures, functions, and error handling. • Performing data cleaning, transformation, aggregation alongside ensuring data quality & consistency. • Utilizing R, python core data structures involving multiple data frames and handling conversions between them as needed for processing tasks. • Convert Data in different formats like .csv, JSON, excel, to meet analytical, reporting & integration requirements • Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot code issues and ensuring high performance and efficiency in application development. • Document code and data conversion process to maintain the traceability and transparency of code. • Applying Insurance Domain knowledge especially on P&C business will be added advantage and reduce time understanding requirements. • Implementational experience in development in Models/ decision tree development, data preparation and validation using Python ,R or any other technology is preferable Please Note: Centraprise is an equal opportunity employer.
