EDI Implementation Specialist

CEIs client is a leader in healthcare financials experience and technology, and they are adding an EDI Implementation Specialist to their team. • 100% Remote • Contract to hire position • Eastern Time or Central Time candidates will only be considered • $60-65 / HR Responsibilities: • Implement new client network or vendor relationships using EDI. • Build and maintain relationships with adjudication system partners and vendors. • Coordinate with business application and database administration functions to ensure EDI system availability and reliability. • Perform system configuration, mapping, and management for EDI transactions. • Develop, enhance, and maintain EDI (ANSI X12) maps for transactions. • Collaborate with trading partners to plan and implement data exchanges. • Document scope of work during implementation stages. • Test and implement new file delivery or software changes with EDI trading partners. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and correct EDI transactions. • Analyze and deliver reports for process improvement opportunities. • Develop and maintain project and system documentation. • Perform business analyst duties such as requirements gathering and solution design. • Monitor new technologies and tools in the EDI space. • Assist with user test plan development and execution. • Conduct end-user training for EDI systems. • Drive adoption of standard work processes and data standards. • Acquire and improve skills in EDI and related applications. Required Skills (ANCHOR): • EDI system implementation, configuration, and maintenance • ANSI 837, 834, 999, 277 EDI formats • SQL development (Microsoft SQL 2012 and up) • HIPAA compliance environment regulations • EDI standard formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML) • Data translation experience Preferred Skills (FLEX): • ETL experience About CEI: As a trusted technology partner, CEI delivers solutions that help our customers transform their business and achieve meaningful results.
