Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
β’ Overall 12+ years of IT experience & 7+ years in EDI WebMethods
β’ Proven expertise in managing end-to-end integration lifecycles, encompassing design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support of middleware solutions, with a strong focus on WebMethods migration implementations and B2B interface transitions
β’ Deep understanding of EDI standards, communication protocols
β’ Should have demonstrated expertise in managing migration projects across WebMethods platforms, including successful transition of all B2B transactions and interfaces, ensuring minimal disruption and full operational continuity
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
β’ Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex integration issues
Key Technical Must Have Skills:
β’ EAI Development tools: WebMethods 4.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, WebMethods.io B2B, WebMethods.io API Gateway, webMethods.io Integration Update Manager, Sterling Integrator 5.0
β’ EDI Standards & Protocols: ANSI X12 (810, 820, 850, etc.), EDIFACT (ORDERS, INVOIC, etc.), EDIINT
β’ RDBMS: Oracle
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
β’ Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions in WebMethods suite
β’ Manage and support EDI transactions (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) for client-specific business partners
β’ Understand integration patterns and architecture for B2B systems using EDI standards and WebMethods components
β’ Prepare technical documentation including mapping specifications, interface designs, and deployment guides
β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams and business analysts to ensure alignment and successful delivery
