Summary:
The Email Marketing Senior Analyst will be responsible for executing and reporting on customer and prospect facing email marketing communications. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to drive campaign performance - building innovative marketing strategy and driving execution. The candidate will help define the companyβs audience targeting strategy, testing methodology, and measurement of email marketing effectiveness. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the development of tools, processes, and frameworks to further best practices and deliver operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have experience running complex email marketing campaigns and nurture programs, have a strong background in audience targeting and segmentation, and hands-on experience developing data driven test-and-learn plans.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop email communication strategy with various internal stakeholders to identify proper approach to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
β’ Manage email campaigns in email service provider platform, including setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.
β’ Conduct data segmentation against email database to create targeted lists for each email send. Work with internal stakeholders on targeting strategy.
β’ Create automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle digital marketing programs.
β’ Establish key metrics, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer intelligence.
β’ Partner with creative and campaign teams to optimize template design and content.
β’ Work with other digital marketing teams to develop cross-channel communication strategy.
β’ Recommend and implement email best practices across the global organization
Required Skills/Experience:
β’ High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
β’ 3-5 yearsβ experience in either Email Marketing, Online Marketing, or Database Marketing
β’ Experience creating and sending large scale email campaigns
β’ Proven track record of meeting campaign performance goals
β’ Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices
β’ Experience with A/B test plan methodologies and reporting
β’ Skilled in data analysis and reporting results and presenting analysis.
β’ Experience working with top-tier Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms (i.e. Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Eloqua, CheetahMail, Responsys, etc.).
β’ Very strong knowledge of HTML / CSS. Comfortable reading, editing and making email design changes using Adobe Dreamweaver. Familiarity with Photoshop for image cropping a plus.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and fundamentals based on data-driven marketing tactics. Familiarity with database management. Working knowledge of SQL a plus.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $45.57/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.Β Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.Β Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
