• Support the development and enhancement of a production dashboard for operators, engineers, and plant leadership.
• Build, track, and visualize KPIs and process metrics for daily operational monitoring.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in production data using analytical and statistical methods.
• Assist in developing predictive insights or early‑warning indicators for process variation.
• Create and maintain standardized data templates, reports, and repeatable analysis methods.
• Help automate data acquisition, aggregation, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with operators, supervisors, and engineers to understand data needs and refine dashboard functionality.
• Document findings, prepare data summaries, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Maintain data accuracy, version control, and clean record‑keeping practices.
• Work with development team members to integrate data sources into SQL Server and front‑end applications.
• Support UI/UX improvements for dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, recommending enhancements to processes and tooling.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field, with 1–2+ years of post‑graduation experience.
• 2+ years of SQL Server experience, including data cleansing, table creation, and light administration.
• Strong SQL querying experience; exposure to R or Python is a plus.
• 1+ year of front-end development (Angular or React).
• 1+ year of Node.js experience, including pulling and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Experience collaborating directly with operators, engineers, or end users for requirements gathering.
• Comfortable working on-site and building solutions based on real-time feedback.
• Able to translate business needs into technical specifications and application features.
• Ability to analyze data patterns, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
