This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data that facilitate seamless data integration, interoperability, and secure sharing across systems and teams. The post holder will establish and champion enterprise-wide data architecture standards and design, enable robust data governance, and promote a data-enabled culture where data is treated as a strategic asset. You’ll work with Technology, Digital, and business teams to deliver secure, cloud-ready data solutions that support advanced analytics, machine learning, and are optimised for AI. The architect is also responsible for designing to ensure quality data, ensuring effective metadata management, and ensuring that data flows across our data platforms. Working in collaboration with other teams including the Enterprise Data Requirements and Quality Team, Data Platform team and others. The post holder plays a key role in both transformational change projects and the ongoing optimisation of TPR’s data landscape, supporting both regulatory and operational goals. We’re building a series of value stream-aligned Service Teams and supporting Platform Teams to deliver external and internal services. These Teams will work in a User Centred, Agile way to deliver better services, that are put into the hands of our users as soon as possible, while securing the sensitive data and maintaining stable services; this will be done by long-lived, happy teams.
