Role description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst with a strong techno-functional background and proven hands-on experience supporting complex ERP environments. This role will focus primarily on Infor XA enhancements, and enterprise-wide ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Manufacturing business processes and excels in a fast-paced environment that balances production support with strategic project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Act as the lead Business Analyst for ERP enhancements and new initiatives within ERP that integrate with upstream and downstream systems, including requirements gathering, functional specification documentation, solution design, and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
β’ Lead and support ERP upgrades, including gap analysis, regression testing, UAT planning and execution, and end-user training.
β’ Provide production support and issue resolution across the ERP landscape, including Infor XA, Oracle, Epicor, and other related systems.
β’ Perform data extraction, analysis, and validation using SQL and relational databases to support reporting, integrations, and data migration efforts.
β’ Develop and execute test plans and test cases, facilitate UAT, and maintain comprehensive functional, technical, and process documentation.
β’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to deliver scalable ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
β’ Ensure ERP configurations and business processes comply with SOX, GAAP, and internal control requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ 8+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst supporting Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Manufacturing processes.
β’ Strong hands-on experience with at least one ERP, such as Oracle, Infor XA, SAP or similar enterprise systems. (highly preferred).
β’ Demonstrated experience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements, and/or system migrations.
β’ Solid technical foundation with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.
β’ Experience with ERP integrations, data migrations, and API-based system connectivity.
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
β’ Self-motivated and capable of independently managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
β’ Experience onboarding acquired companies into a parent organizationβs ERP environment is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with BI and reporting tools is a plus.
