Position: Observability Platform Engineer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid in Frisco, TX
Project/Initiative: SIEM Modernization
Work Required
β’ Lead the architecture and implementation of comprehensive observability solutions across the SIEM stack, including fault detection and system health metrics.
β’ Create advanced, scalable dashboards and alerting systems tailored for complex, multi-source telemetry data environments.
β’ Apply deep expertise in time-series or SQL-based query languages to monitor ingestion rates, error rates, and latency across all technologies.
Overview
We require three Senior Observability Platform Engineer to build and operationalize observability capabilities across the SIEM ecosystem. These resources will lead efforts in designing integrated monitoring solutions for tools like Cribl, Vector, Splunk, Snowflake, ADX, and Log Analytics. Their work will ensure continuous visibility into system health, enabling proactive fault detection and performance management. These resources will leverage either or both Grafana and PowerBI for dashboarding.
