We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise-wide Analytics to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Conduct enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and decision-making.
Collect, manage, and analyze large data sets across multiple programs using MS Excel (advanced functions and Pivot Tables) and MS Access.
Develop dashboards, data models, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Support the development of data governance practices, standardized reporting frameworks, and business intelligence processes.
Prepare high-quality reports and executive-level briefings using MS Word and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytic needs, define requirements, and translate findings into meaningful business or operational recommendations.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across systems and reports in accordance with applicable guidelines and policies.
Automate recurring data processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelorβs degree in a field relevant to the PWS task requirements.
o Note: Higher levels of professional/technical expertise relevant to the PWS task requirements may be substituted for formal education upon the contractorβs expressed intent.
Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience performing enterprise-level analytics tasks reflective of the technical capabilities listed.
Technical Skills:
o Expert proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
o Proven experience analyzing and presenting large, complex data sets to inform enterprise-level decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with federal government or DoD enterprise data environments.
Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (optional but beneficial).
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
