Entra IGA Engineer

Entra IGA Engineer Our client is seeking an Entra IGA Engineer to support a large-scale identity governance initiative for one of their enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on delivery work, building real solutions inside Microsoft Entra, and partnering closely with identity leaders to bring strategy to life. You will play a critical role in helping a client that is early in its identity governance journey modernize how access is managed across the organization. Location: Remote, working EST hours Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $80-90 per hour W2 or C2C No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You’ll Do: • Configure and implement Microsoft Entra ID Governance features, including access packages, entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, and access reviews • Build identity flows, job roles, and governance processes based on defined advisory recommendations • Partner closely with identity leadership to execute delivery tasks across a multi-phase IGA engagement • Support integration planning and execution with Active Directory and other enterprise systems as needed • Create clear technical documentation to support ongoing operations and future enhancements What Gets You the Job: • Expert-level hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Entra IGA capabilities • Strong foundational understanding of identity and access management beyond a single platform • Background working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including security and identity services • Exposure to enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Dynamics 365, JDE, or IFS • Consulting mindset with the ability to execute while offering practical guidance and recommendations This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a client’s first step into identity governance while working alongside experienced identity leaders in a delivery-focused role.
