Epic Data Conversion Analyst β Health Data Movers
Position Summary
Health Data Movers is seeking Epic Data Conversion Analysts to support upcoming client projects focused on complex data migrations and Epic implementations. This consulting role is ideal for professionals with active Bridges certification and prior Epic experience. As a Data Conversion Analyst, you will lead and execute conversion efforts across varied source systems into Epic, partnering closely with client stakeholders and HDM project teams. Youβll help design and maintain repeatable ETL processes, perform iterative validation and reconciliation, and support integration through middleware and interface tools. This role requires both strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Essential Responsibilities
Required:
β’ Epic Bridges certification
β’ 3-5 years of experience with integrations and data migrations
β’ Experience with PRD delta load
β’ Strong communication
Nice to have:
β’ SQL experience
β’ Experience with Intersystems integration platforms (Ensemble)
β’ Programming experience with JavaScript, python, or other modern programming languages
β’ Former Epic employee
