Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on ERP Change Manager to lead the organisational change effort as we transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to a new ERP ecosystem. This is a critical role in a high-impact transformation programme within a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in decommissioning D365 F&O and successfully managing the change journey to alternative ERP platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new systems and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesChange Leadership
• Develop and execute a robust change management strategy for the ERP transition, with a focus on moving away from D365 F&O.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning across all business functions. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Act as the change champion across the organisation, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional heads, and end-users to drive engagement and adoption. Training & Enablement
• Oversee the development and delivery of training programmes tailored to new ERP systems and processes.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building across impacted teams. Process & Transition Support
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to map current D365 processes to future-state ERP workflows.
• Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning from a change perspective. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Track change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to maximise user adoption and minimise disruption.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues throughout the programme lifecycle. Skills & Experience
• Demonstrable experience leading ERP change programmes, specifically involving the decommissioning of D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with alternative ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Infor, Workday, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, ACMP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
