ERP / Finance Data Lead – Outside IR35 πŸ“ UK (some travel to London) πŸ’Ό Contract – Outside IR35 ⏳ 2 year contract We’re hiring an experienced ERP / Finance Data Lead to support a greenfield ERP implementation covering, full HR / Finance. Whilst this role will be responsible get involved in both areas, we need someone that has acted as Data Lead, ERP Data Lead on Finance as a preference. This is a senior delivery role with full ownership of the data strategy, working across multiple programme workstreams and senior stakeholders. The Role You’ll be responsible for end-to-end data delivery across the ERP programme, including: β€’ Defining and owning the overall data strategy β€’ Establishing data governance, standards and quality controls β€’ Leading data conversion activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, loading) β€’ Managing source-to-target mappings aligned to ERP data models β€’ Defining and executing data validation and reconciliation frameworks β€’ Supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live β€’ Acting as the primary escalation point for data risks and issues β€’ Providing clear visibility on data readiness and quality Required Experience β€’ Proven experience as a Data Lead / Senior Data Manager β€’ Strong hands-on experience across at least one, significant ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics etc) β€’ Strong understanding of various ERP data models and migration approaches β€’ Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stream programmes β€’ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
