Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking an ETL Developer to join their team. As an ETL Developer, you will be part of the data management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ETL Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite) Local candidate only What's the Job? • Collaborate with business partners to develop requirements and document design solutions. • Lead discussions with the information architecture team to determine design solutions and propose new technology adoption ideas. • Engage in hands-on design and ETL development within a Data Warehouse environment. • Work on multiple projects concurrently, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring high-quality standards. • Identify gaps in technology and propose viable solutions to enhance system performance. What's Needed? • 15+ years of experience as a developer with a strong background in Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling. • Expert knowledge in Oracle Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL. • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
