The ideal candidate will partner with data analysts, architects, and business teams to deliver clean, reliable data for analytics, BI, and regulatory reporting. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: • 🔄 Design and optimize ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources • 🧪 Analyze source system data and identify quality or transformation requirements • ⚙️ Maintain and improve existing ETL processes for performance and scalability • 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • 🧯 Monitor and troubleshoot production ETL issues • 🔐 Ensure compliance with data governance and standards (e.g., HIPAA) ✅ Must-Have Skills: • 5+ years ETL development (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar) • Strong SQL skills for querying and optimization • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) • Familiarity with data warehousing and star/snowflake schema • Exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, EHR/EMR, HL7/FHIR) • Strong grasp of data validation, profiling, and quality frameworks ⭐ Preferred Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native ETL tools • Scripting knowledge in Python or Shell • Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS) • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
