Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung Job Summary: This position serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support that enables executives to focus on high-level business priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and the capacity to manage complex schedules, communications, and projects with minimal oversight. Acting as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, external stakeholders, and the community, this individual will handle sensitive information, coordinate sophisticated travel arrangements, and prepare executive-level materials and presentations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical proficiency, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities: β€’ Manage complex scheduling for senior leaders including resolution of conflicts, prioritization, and coordination of meeting logistics such as location, audio/video requirements, and meals β€’ Maintain detailed executive itineraries and schedules with meticulous attention to accuracy and time sensitivity β€’ Plan, arrange, and coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and appointments for executives and special visitors β€’ Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, contracts, memos, and status reports with professional formatting β€’ Screen and prioritize communications, identifying critical matters requiring immediate executive attention and providing appropriate responses β€’ Coordinate and schedule executive leadership meetings, company events, and community engagements β€’ Manage conference room reservations, equipment, materials, and supplies for executive meetings β€’ Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper expense allocations and budget compliance β€’ Serve as primary point of contact with external customers, agencies, and industry contacts at the highest professional level β€’ Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and styles for executive materials β€’ Coordinate VIP visitor accommodations and special travel arrangements β€’ Maintain inventory of assigned property and equipment β€’ Prepare personnel transaction documents and ensure executive access to company benefits and communications materials β€’ Facilitate positive relationships between executives, employees, and customers through thoughtful gestures and communications β€’ Manage office supplies, organize department events, and maintain office environments β€’ Participate in special projects and committee work as needed β€’ Provide technical support including network access, applications, and printing troubleshooting Skills: β€’ Advanced proficiency in developing executive presentations using word processing, spreadsheet applications, and data visualization tools β€’ Expert-level capabilities with presentation software and creating graphs, tables, and visual data representations β€’ Exceptional ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with executives, community leaders, and industry contacts β€’ Superior verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal and external personnel at all levels β€’ Strong independent and critical thinking abilities with capacity to work with limited direction β€’ Excellent organizational skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously β€’ Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work products β€’ Ability to read, write, prepare, and interpret executive materials, presentations, contracts, and related documents β€’ Discretion and sound judgment in handling highly confidential and sensitive materials and issues β€’ Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills for representing executives to diverse audiences β€’ Problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to anticipating executive needs Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree required β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Vice President level executives and staff This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact executive effectiveness and organizational success.
