The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with a solid background in PeopleSoft and data analysis. This role requires a hands-on professional with a proven track record in financial systems and data management. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage data integrity initiatives related to financial systems and reporting. Conduct thorough data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve data-related issues. Work extensively with PeopleSoft Financials, including reporting, queries, and data extracts. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation. Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of financial system enhancements. Provide detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7-8 years of professional experience as a Financial Business Analyst. Strong experience working with PeopleSoft Financials. Proven expertise in data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation. Hands-on experience supporting data integrity projects. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work with large and complex datasets. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
